Physical activity has a positive link to excellent physical growth in children through the development of gross motor skills, strength and endurance.

Participation in physical activity leads to an improved body image and promotes social and emotional growth.

Physical activity provides a safe and supportive environment for children to explore their strengths and develop their skills.

A typical session is comprised of 5 areas:

1. Circle Games
2. Fitness Component
3. Skills Instruction
4. Team Sports
5. Co-operative Games

All Addicted to Sports Inc. programs take place on Fridays from 3:45pm – 5:45pm.  Programs do not take place on PA Days. 

Each After 4 Sports program session is 8 weeks in length. 

When you contact us:

• Have the time and date that you would like to reserve in mind.
• Have an idea of how many guests will be invited.
• Have an idea of what party package you would like to select. But know we are here to answer any questions and help you create the perfect party experience for your child.
• We will assist you in finding a venue that can accommodate the guests or you may choose and book a location of your choice.

We have a large list of possible venues.  Please refer to the BIRTHDAY PARTIES page for more information.  Note:  Rental cost for each venue will vary and a permit is required.

The cost of the permit will vary depending on the venue selected.

Normally parties last between 2-2.5 hours. Depending on which package you choose, we could organize activities for 60 mins, 90 mins or 2 hours, with the remaining 30 mins set aside for food and celebration.

Yes – ALL PARTICIPANTS must sign a waiver!  Waivers can be filled out online directly from our website. We require all guests to complete the online waiver before they come to the party. However, if parents forget or leave it at home, waiver forms will be provided and can be filled out at the venue.

Addicted To Sports Inc. aims to provide 2 coaches for all parties. We are a teacher owned and operated company. All of our staff are qualified Physical Education teachers in the GTA.

Yes. If your child would like to play a different sport or add one, just let us know prior to the party date so that we can bring the necessary equipment.

Yes. Party invitations can be printed directly from our website.  For best results, print your invitations on card stock paper.

Addicted To Sports Inc. will provide you with an opportunity to purchase T-shirts for $10 each.

Addicted to Sports Inc. accepts 2 forms of payment:
